Mindful August 2022: The Happiness Issue

Mindful Magazine’s August issue explores how to uncover happiness in both the joyful and the mundane. The Happiness issue invites us to savor each moment through the power of self-care, purpose, and kindness.

We all experience difficulties along our path—yet there are always glimmers of love and delight, if we remember to pay attention.
