Land Acknowledgement

Mindful.org acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands on which our employees live and work: the Mi'kmaq People of Mi'kma'ki, the traditional territory in Halifax, Nova Scotia; the Arakwal people of the Bundjalung Nation, the traditional custodians of the land in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia; and the various indigenous tribes across the world, on whose ancestral lands our diverse international team lives and works. We recognize their enduring connection to land, sea, and community, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

This acknowledgement is a reflection of our commitment to honoring the truth of these territories' histories, fostering respectful partnerships, and supporting the ongoing efforts of Indigenous peoples towards self-determination and sovereignty. We are committed to learning, understanding, and practicing mindfulness in a way that respects and incorporates the wisdom of these traditional guardians of the earth.
