While this challenge is inspired by our Mindful Affirmations 52-Card Deck, you don’t need to purchase it to participate in the challenge.
The challenge is completely self-paced and is designed to be flexible so that it can fit into your schedule. The goal is consistency, so spend as much time as feels comfortable for you each day, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience throughout your self-paced journey.
Life can get busy, but consistency is beneficial. If you miss a day, continue from where you left off. Feel free to adapt the challenge to suit your schedule.
Absolutely! We encourage participants to share their experiences on social media. Additionally, each week of the challenge features a dedicated day for participants to share their experiences with the community on social media, fostering a supportive and engaging environment. It's a great way to connect with others on a similar journey.
Yes, you’ll have access to more than just weekly affirmations on this challenge. Each of the four weeks will have a new mindfulness-based focus, with each theme building on the last. You’ll receive encouraging content every day, along with activities created to strengthen mindful awareness, increase your compassion for yourself and others, improve overall wellbeing, and show you how mindfulness can shift your everyday interactions

There’s no need for you to download the Mindfulness.com app. You can access the content via the Mindfulness.com website and Mindful.org.
You don’t need to create a Mindful.org account to join the challenge, however, you will need to opt into the challenge with your email address so that we can send you the content during the 4 weeks that we are on this journey together.
This challenge is evergreen, meaning the challenge page and its content will be permanently accessible. While some premium content from Mindfulness.com and Mindful.org may be locked after February, both platforms offer free trial periods for continued access.
