Introducing Mindful Coaching
The Mindful Coaching program was developed in collaboration with leading neuroscientists to offer personalized, one-on-one coaching experiences made just for you to support your well-being. Having a coach that understands your unique needs and goals makes it easier to develop lasting well-being habits. With Mindful Coaching, you are connected with a skilled coach who specializes in the areas where you wish to grow your well-being, so you can be supported on your unique journey.
How Mindful Coaching works:
- Sign up and take an assessment to identify your unique well-being profile
- You’re then matched with a coach based on your assessment results
- Schedule a time to meet with your coach to begin your journey!
- Your coach will collaborate with you on a personalized approach to the 9 well-being habits that are the basis of our program
Mindful Coaching gives you the opportunity to connect one-on-one with your coach and develop tangible, easy-to-apply habits that are tailored specifically to you and your needs. In each of the sessions with your coach, you’re led through powerful, science-backed practices for building resilience, focus, creativity, calm, and overall well-being.
Our mindfulness-based sessions come in packages of four, grounded in evidence-based practices that focus on building specific well-being habits— starting with accountability to increase mindfulness practice (Meditation), working with mental perspective in challenging situations (Inquiry), and having more opportunities for Flow (Engagement). Should you decide to continue your Mindful Coaching journey, you'll get to work on developing the rest of our well-being habits with your coach.
